MISSION
Our Mission is to champion, empower and represent LGBTQIA+ Athletes across the UK and Ireland by breaking down barriers to participation and wellbeing in sport through Advocacy, Education and Community Engagement at every level of Athletic life.
HISTORY
Martin Murray set up Fair Game Social Enterprise in February 2026 after 8 years of LGBTQIA+ Sports Advocacy. His experience includes Panel Discussions, Media Interviews, Creating and Developing Sports Events, Fundraisers and organisations. He also has a Post Grad Degree in Marketing and a BA Honours Degree in Theatre where he built up governance experience as a Theatre Director and Film Production Assistant. In 2024 Belfast Live named him 35 Under 35 and in 2015 he was Ulster Business Magazine Entrepreneurial Marketing Student of the year. He also serves as a Belfast Pride Trustee, Golf Ireland EDI committee member and HSCNI LGBTQ+ Staff Forum Committee member.

We have developed a 50 point Audit to look at your organisations policies and marketing which we use to give you a score on how successfully your organisation promotes LGBTQIA+ Inclusion. We follow this up with a report on how to improve and a follow up audit to highlight your work on being more inclusive.
